The Association for Advancing Automation (A3) has announced that Deepu Talla, NVIDIA's vice president of robotics and edge AI, will present a keynote address titled "Industrial Autonomy in the Era of Physical AI." This session will take place on May 13, 2025, at 9 a.m. during Automate 2025 in Detroit, a prominent event highlighting innovations in the robotics and automation sectors.
In his keynote, Talla will discuss how physical AI, alongside NVIDIA's unique ecosystem, is changing automation from a static system to a dynamic technology. This transformation is set to influence various industries including manufacturing, logistics, and autonomous vehicles, with the potential to affect global GDP by up to $50 trillion.
Talla will join other notable speakers, including Brad Holmes of the Detroit Lions and Dan Miller from Fox 2, who will address themes of organizational transformation. Talla emphasized the significant impact of recent advancements in simulation, generative models, and computing on the future of industrial autonomy.
Automate 2025 will occur from May 12-15 at Huntington Place in Detroit. The event will feature over 800 exhibitors showcasing innovations in robotics and AI across a 320,000 square foot area, with free admission for attendees aged 12 and older.
